Job summary

University of Canberra seeks two part-time Lecturers in Pharmacy to deliver and enhance programs across face-to-face, online and blended learning. You will develop scholarly profiles through teaching scholarship, educational innovation and supervision activities.

Deliver engaging content, coordinate units and contribute to curriculum development while building relationships with healthcare organisations and stakeholders, including opportunity to supervise Honours, Masters, and PhD students.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role, you will bring contemporary experience in pharmacy practice.
• Experience in tertiary teaching, assessment and/or curriculum development in pharmacy or related health discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach and mentor industry peers.
• Completion of, or substantial progress towards, a PhD in pharmacy or related field is desirable.

The University of Canberra is seeking 2x part-time (0.6FTE, 22.5 hrs per week), Lecturers in Pharmacy to join our Pharmacy discipline, one for a continuing role and the other for a 12-month fixed term contract. As a Lecturer in Pharmacy, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing the University's pharmacy programs across face-to-face, online and blended learning environments. You will also have the opportunity to develop your scholarly profile through learning and teaching scholarship, educational innovation, and research supervision activities.

• Completion of, or substantial progress towards, a PhD in pharmacy or a related field (Desirable).
