Qualifications
- Strong teaching capability in higher education
- Curriculum development experience with Indigenous knowledges
- Active involvement in research and scholarship
- Connections with health services and communities relevant to nursing
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, culturally responsive learning experiences
- Design and review curriculum focusing on Indigenous knowledges and cultural safety
- Contribute to research initiatives and scholarship
- Publish scholarly work and build program of research
- Develop partnerships with health services and community organisations
- Support recruitment, retention and graduation outcomes for Indigenous students
- Lead curriculum development and mentor colleagues for Senior Lecturer level
