Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Western Sydney is seeking a Leasing Consultant / Junior Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team. You will support across leasing and property management with hands-on training and clear progression paths.

Your duties include inspections, handling leasing enquiries and applications, liaising with tenants, coordinating repairs, issuing work orders, assisting with lease renewals and insurance claims, and supporting administration across multiple Western

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, leasing, or property management.
• Certificate of Registration.
• Driver's license and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.
• Manage leasing enquiries and processing applications.
• Liaise with tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Issue work orders to trades.
• Assist with lease renewals.
• Support insurance claims.
• General property management administration.
• Work across multiple Western Sydney offices.
