Job summary

IFM Investors in NSW is expanding its high performing Retail Leasing team. Your role will identify new opportunities within the leasing market, create and preserve strong client relationships, source new business leads and develop leasing strategies that support the Investment Plan.

The ideal candidate has experience in retail leasing, sound knowledge of retail markets, and a current Real Estate Licence with a good understanding of industry regulations.

Through exciting business growth and a strong acquisition pipeline, we are looking to expand our high performing NSW Retail Leasing team.

Your role will have you identifying new opportunities within the leasing market, creating, building, and preserving strong client relationships, sourcing new business leads, develop leasing strategies that support the Investment Plan and negotiating and securing market leading deal terms.

About you

You have experience in retail leasing and bring sound knowledge of retail markets and hierarchy of properties, tenants, and owners within the industry.

Having completed your Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate/Property or Finance, we would look to you as strong collaborator between teams with the ability to remain self-motivated.

Ideally, you hold a current Real Estate Licence and demonstrate a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance obligations.

You are a people person who builds trust and strong relationships but is also not afraid for negotiation to achieve favourable results. Communication is key, you pride yourself on your excellent communication skills as well as demonstrated analytic, conceptual, and problem-solving experience.
