Job summary

JLL in Adelaide is seeking an Executive, Leasing to join our dynamic leasing team for both commercial office and retail portfolios. You will identify and execute strategic leasing opportunities, collaborating with Directors and senior staff to deliver outstanding outcomes for property owners, occupiers and stakeholders.

You will leverage JLL's technology platform and marketing capabilities to provide data-driven insights and campaigns, shaping space layouts with designers and retailers, and

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to enable interaction with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and maintain exceptional organisation with a high level of initiative.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Current driver's license for property inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director to prepare and present proposals to property owners and advisors.
• Appraise property owners and their advisors of current market conditions including lease rates, factors affecting marketability, and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and execute marketing strategies and advertising schedules to maximise outcomes for vendors.
• Negotiate agency agreements on commercial terms in accordance with current legislation.
• Attend internal and external meetings including property inspections with interested parties.
• Service listings through regular vendor contact via telephone, email, written reports and other communication methods to maintain agency integrity and term.
• Manage file documentation and CRM records in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless transaction execution.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking an Executive, Leasing to join our dynamic leasing team across both our commercial office and retail portfolio. You'll identify and execute strategic leasing opportunities, working closely with Directors and senior staff to deliver exceptional outcomes for property owners, occupiers and other stakeholders.

Utilising JLL's advanced technology platform and marketing capabilities, you'll deliver data-driven insights and run campaigns that create superior results for landlords and tenants alike. But the freedom and work flexibility in this position will also allow you to make the role your own — sitting down with designers, architects and retailers on space layouts, and with marketing coordinators preparing schedules and advertising. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved and input into many parts of the process.

Required Qualifications

• Current driver's license with ability to conduct property inspections

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a leasing executive or property professional (highly regarded but not essential)
• Relevant experience in property, architecture with knowledge of leasing, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Property, Business, Finance, Law or equivalent qualification
• Professional accreditation or licensing in progress or completed
