Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Sydney seeks a Leasing Consultant for a busy Eastern Suburbs real estate team. No previous experience required; NSW Certificate of Registration and own car are needed. You will handle open homes, applications, tenant enquiries and support property managers to ensure landlords and tenants have a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration NSW required.
• Own car and valid driver’s licence.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Previous leasing experience welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conducting open homes and property inspections.
• Processing rental applications.
• Responding to tenant enquiries and following up prospective renters.
• Completing tenant reference checks.
• Assisting with routine inspections.
• Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day tasks.
• Helping deliver a smooth experience for landlords and tenants.
