Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Redmond, WA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team and deliver luxury living experiences. This full-time role focuses on guiding prospective residents from tour to lease, coordinating floorplans, and highlighting neighborhood amenities to create a compelling living experience.

Weekend availability is required, and you will use property management software and MS Office to manage leads, contracts, and resident communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours and customize tours to individual tastes.
• Follow leads and convert inquiries into leases.
• Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Support weekend scheduling and high-traffic periods for prospective residents.
