Job summary

Essence Communities, part of UniLodge Living Group, is seeking a Leasing Agent for 50 Quay in Brisbane. You will drive occupancy and rental targets, manage enquiries, lead nurturing, and lease documentation to ensure a seamless tenant journey.

You’ll bring a polished, resident-first approach, a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (QLD), and experience in build-to-rent or property management. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed leasing, occupancy and rental targets, promoting the premium Build-to-Rent lifestyle.
• Manage prospective residents from enquiry through to application, including CRM, inspections, lead nurturing and checks.
• Manage applications and lease documentation with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring terms comply with QLD legislation and internal requirements.
• Maintain compelling property listings and marketing activity, support move-in experiences, foster a welcoming community.

The Opportunity:

As our Leasing Agent, you’re not just filling apartments, you’re matching people with their next chapter. You’re part sales strategist, part storyteller, part trusted guide. At 50 Quay, you’ll bring the lifestyle to life and turn 'just looking' into 'where do I sign?'.

Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you’ll take the lead on driving enquiry, building momentum and delivering a leasing journey that feels seamless from first click to key collection.

Here’s how you’ll make it happen:

• Meet and exceed leasing, occupancy and rental targets, confidently promoting the premium Build-to-Rent lifestyle and community at 50 Quay.
• Manage prospective residents from enquiry through to application, including CRM management, inspections, lead nurturing and relevant checks, with a strong focus on conversion and customer experience.
• Manage applications and lease documentation with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring commercial terms and processes comply with QLD legislation and internal requirements.
• Maintain compelling and accurate property listings and marketing activity, while supporting new residents through a seamless move-in experience and helping foster a welcoming, cohesive community.

About You:

You’re an experienced leasing or property professional ready to elevate your career within a Build-to-Rent model.

You’ll bring:

• A polished, resident-first service mindset
• Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (QLD) essential
• Experience in build to rent, property management, residential leasing or co-living
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment, and autonomously as needed.
