Our Toll Property team based in our corporate office in Melbourne are seeking two lease administrators to assist with a project supporting the implementation of a new Property Management System.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and completeness of lease and property data across the portfolio, preparing information for migration and helping deliver a successful system implementation.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll bring together your lease administration expertise and strong data skills to identify discrepancies, cleanse and reconcile information, support testing and migration, and help establish better property data governance practices.
