Australian Catholic University is seeking a Learning Technology Support Officer to assist across Brisbane or Melbourne campuses with hybrid flexibility. You will support operational delivery of Learning Technology services, triage and resolve requests, and maintain knowledge resources while upholding high service standards for stakeholders.

Operating within Learning Technology, the Learning Technology Support Officer supports the operational delivery of Learning Technology services by managing, triaging and resolving support requests, maintaining documentation and knowledge resources and ensuring a high standard of service delivery and stakeholder support across the university.
