Summary

Carmel College is Seeking a Learning & Teaching Middle Leader - Japanese. The Learning & Teaching Leader with support the school's mission by leading learning and teaching through curriculum design, effective pedagogy, staff supervision, data-informed decision-making, strategic partnerships, and responsible resource management.

• Salary: $86,601.00 - $124,725.00 + Middle Leader Allowance (Tier 1.2) + Super (commensurate with experience)

This is a continuing teaching appointment, with an initial appointment into the Middle Leader position including Middle Leader Allowance, concluding at the end of the current triennium (December 2029). Two subsequent three-year appointments with the Middle Leader Allowance can be offered subject to satisfactory performance in the position and the ongoing existence of the position.
