Learning Support Officer (Junior School)

As a School committed to empowering girls and ensuring every student is known, seen and heard, we are seeking a Learning Support Officer to work across Prep-6, supporting students to engage confidently and successfully in their learning. Working collaboratively with teachers, the successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing strategies that respond to individual learning needs across a range of subject areas.

This is a 1.00 FTE ongoing position to commence at the beginning of the 2027 academic year.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in learning support, education support or a similar role, together with a genuine commitment to helping young people achieve their potential. They will be confident in supporting differentiated learning, providing individual and small-group assistance, and working collaboratively with teachers to create inclusive and engaging learning environments.
