• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum and the ability to model exemplary teaching across literacy and numeracy.
• Demonstrated expertise in high-impact teaching strategies and in using data to inform planning and feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor student learning and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with students, colleagues, parents and the community.
• Ability to lead professional learning and reflect on practice to improve student outcomes.

Responsibilities
