• Demonstrated ability to model high-impact teaching strategies and monitor student growth.

• Demonstrate high-level expertise in teaching and learning practice.
• Model exemplary classroom practice including demonstration lessons.
• Collaborate with school leadership to define effective teacher practice.
• Lead and model school-wide improvement strategies related to curriculum delivery.
