Job summary

Swinburne University is seeking a motivated professional to join the Innovation and Enterprise team at our Hawthorn campus on a full-time fixed-term basis ending April 2028. This role requires delivering industry-based learning projects, strong Excel skills, and effective client relationship management across multiple CRM systems.

You will work with Senior Consultants and Finance to support project delivery, with a commitment to outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer services in a demanding, client-focused environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

• Deliver industry-based learning projects within your portfolio to a high standard.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to promote Swinburne Edge services.
