Job summary

ASBA Limited in Sydney, NSW, AU is seeking a part-time Professional Development and Events Coordinator to lead the delivery of our professional learning programs, webinars, events, and CPD activities for education professionals across Australia.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of ASBA's professional learning and events program, supporting members and education professionals throughout their learning journey.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating professional development programs, webinars, events, or similar initiatives.
• Strong administration, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Experience managing registrations, communications and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ASBA's webinar and online learning program.
• Manage registrations, participant communications and attendance records.
• Liaise with presenters, speakers and facilitators.
• Support the delivery of leadership, professional learning and member engagement programs.
• Manage CPD administration, certification and compliance records.
• Maintain learning platforms, resources and recorded content.
• Provide participant support and ensure a positive learning experience.
• Assist with Chapter, Branch and national events.
• Support continuous improvement across ASBA's professional development offerings.
