Job summary

St Columba’s Primary School is seeking an experienced Learning Diversity Leader to join as a 0.8 FTE four-days-a-week leadership role focusing on inclusive education and ensuring students with diverse needs are supported to learn, participate and belong.

The Leader will coordinate identification of needs, adjustments, personalised learning, and complex student support, working with leadership, teachers, families and external services to build purposeful, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in inclusive education and differentiated learning.
• Demonstrated leadership and capacity-building ability.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the school’s approach to identifying student needs and planning responsive support.
• Plan and review reasonable adjustments and personalised learning.
• Coordinate with leaders, teachers, Learning Support Officers and external services to ensure effective student support.
• Build sustainable systems and processes to support diverse learners.
