Job summary

Queen Of Peace Parish Primary School in Altona Meadows, Victoria seeks a Learning Diversity Leader to guide inclusive practices and personalise learning.

You will collaborate with teachers, support staff, families and external specialists to design interventions for students with additional learning needs, oversee PLPs and data-informed progress, and foster an affirming Catholic education focused on student flourishing.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Catholic education ethos and values.
• Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Postgraduate training or extensive experience in Special Education is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, empathy and ability to lead collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead inclusive practices, develop evidence-based learning strategies and PLPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff and external specialists to design adjustments.
• Engage families and allied health professionals to ensure student support.
• Oversee assessment processes, monitor progress and inform interventions.
