Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to shape learning strategy and elevate capability across Australia and New Zealand.

You will partner with leaders, design innovative programs, and lead a team of specialists to drive performance. This role focuses on early careers, blended delivery, and measurement of outcomes, with a strong emphasis on data-informed decisions and a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10-15 years experience in the Learning and Development sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, including experience leading learning strategy and capability initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training needs analysis methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement and evaluate learning programs, including measuring effectiveness and business impact.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and external training providers.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build capability across a diverse organisation.
