The Learning & Development Business Partner plays a critical role in partnering with various business units to design, develop, and implement learning solutions and development initiatives that align with the strategic goals.
This role requires proactive stakeholder engagement to gain insights into the learning and development needs across the organisation, aiming to enhance employee and leadership capabilities while improving engagement and retention rates.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Learning & Development and demonstrate the ability to create impactful solutions.
Successful candidates will also demonstrate strong project management capabilities, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work collaboratively in both independent and team settings. Adaptability in a changing environment and a focus on continuous improvement are key traits that will contribute to the success in this role.
