Job summary

CIMIC Group is seeking a passionate Advisor, Learning & Development to support the delivery of our L&D strategy across the business. You will partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs, develop innovative learning solutions and deliver development programs that support employee growth and leadership capability.

You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning while ensuring training aligns with objectives, compliance requirements and future workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, HR, organizational psychology or related field.
• At least four years' experience in HR/L&D or related areas.
• Experience implementing people and capability initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Working knowledge of employment and WHS legislation in corporate settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the business.
• Coordinate and deliver targeted learning programs, workshops and training initiatives.
• Support leadership development for current and emerging leaders.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement via feedback and reporting.
• Develop blended learning solutions including e-learning, workshops and on-the-job training.
• Manage compliance training requirements and ensure timely completion.
• Support onboarding programs and key learning initiatives including Project Fundamentals.
• Contribute to CIMIC Graduate Program and broader workforce development.
• Build relationships with internal SMEs and external training providers.
• Promote an inclusive learning culture through diverse learning solutions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, you will provide expert advice, guidance and practical support to deliver engaging and effective learning initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Experience implementing people and capability initiatives in dynamic business environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Understanding of employment and WHS legislation within a corporate environment.
• Experience using systems such as Oracle, Damstra and Microsoft Office applications.
