Working collaboratively with Learning Developers, Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in transforming educational content into accessible, interactive and effective online learning experiences.

We welcome applications from both emerging and experienced professionals. This is a graded position, with the level of appointment determined by the successful candidate’s demonstrated skills, experience and capability. Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Creating engaging interactive learning activities, assessments, quizzes and supporting educational resources.
  • Producing and editing multimedia content, including graphics, instructional videos, animations and interactive digital assets.
  • Collaborating with Learning Developers, Subject Matter Experts and internal stakeholders to develop and refine educational content.
  • Maintaining and optimising learning resources to ensure accessibility, functionality, consistency and quality.
  • Supporting LMS content configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance.
  • Contributing to the improvement of content templates, production workflows and quality assurance processes.
  • Managing assigned deliverables and supporting the timely delivery of education projects.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
  • Experience in digital content development, eLearning production, multimedia development or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, preferably Canvas, and digital authoring tools such as H5P and Articulate.
  • Skills in creating and editing multimedia content, including graphics, video and interactive learning resources.
  • Strong attention to detail, technical problem-solving skills and an understanding of digital accessibility and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to learning, innovation and continuous improvement.

Experienced applicants may also demonstrate advanced technical expertise in HTML/CSS, complex interactive content development, multimedia production, and learning technology optimisation.
