Job summary

Monroe Australia, part of DRiV, is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Clovelly Park, Adelaide facility to lead the afternoon shift and support day shift operations. This is a hands-on, 60+ strong manufacturing leadership role focused on safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive Lean initiatives, coach large teams, and ensure operational excellence across multiple production areas, while aligning with P3 principles and company safety

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of production supervision/management experience.
• Experience leading 60+ employees in high-volume production.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, 8D, RCA experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 60+ employee manufacturing team and manage shifts.
• Oversee daily production schedules and resources.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Implement standard work and root-cause investigations.
