Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking an experienced Leading Hand for the Mackay workshop to lead a team across refurbishment, PDI and preparation of new machines for customer delivery. This hands-on role provides technical direction to the workshop, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards to keep jobs moving.

You will lead Technicians, Apprentices and Trades Assistants, coordinate refurbishment work, monitor progress and quality, and promote a safe, productive culture in a busy Mackay facility.

• Previous Leading Hand or workshop leadership experience.
• Strong technical and workshop knowledge.
• Clear communication and a practical approach to leading a team.

Komatsu is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our Mackay workshop team.

Working from our Connors Road facility, you'll lead a team across equipment refurbishment, PDI and preparation of new Komatsu machines for customer delivery.

This is a hands-on role where you'll provide technical support and direction to the workshop team while helping keep jobs moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What you'll do

Role Located: Connors Road, Mackay
