KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Site Safety / OH&S
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors
• Assist in managing the construction programming
• Site set out and mark out
• Conduct site inductions and tool box talks
• Interpreting and reading plans

TO BE CONSIDERED

• Trade background in Carpentry
• Preferably head contractor experience as a Sub-Foreman / Leading Hand or alternatively experience in High End Homes or Cottage work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret detailed site plans / drawings
• Strong ability to build relationships and liaise with externals
