Job summary

Buildability Group Professional Roles – Sydney NSW is seeking multiple all-round Foremen to oversee precincts on a flagship residential scheme. This role offers a steady, supportive environment with strong staff, established systems, EBA trades and rostered weekends.

You will coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, build rapport with site teams and stakeholders, liaise with the client to keep the project on schedule, manage the construction program with the PM/CM, and drive OH&S compliance on

Qualifications

• 5–10 years local experience as a Foreman on large-scale multi-unit residential projects.
• Skilled to oversee both Structure and Finishes trades.
• Strong people management and site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Programming and coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.
• Developing and building strong rapport with site teams, internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaison with client ensuring successful delivery of project to schedule.
• Management of the construction program along with the Project Manager and Construction Manager.
• Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims.
• Managing OH&S compliance on site including site inductions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5-10yrs local experience as a Foreman delivering large scale multi-unit residential projects
• Must be an all-round Foreman who can work with both Structure and Finishes trades
• Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive direct and sub-contract labour
• Highly skilled in OH&S
• Must be familiar using construction software, Procore and Hammertech
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
