Job summary

Buildability Group is seeking a driven Leading Hand / Sub Foreman to join a busy Sydney project. This Build-to-Rent (BTR) initiative offers hands-on site leadership on a large-scale development, working with an experienced team and trusted Principal Contractor.

The ideal candidate will have a carpentry trade, head contractor exposure, and strong communication to coordinate trades, read plans, and drive safety on site. This is a great step for career progression in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Trade background in Carpentry.
• Prefer head contractor experience as Sub-Foreman / Leading Hand or experience in High End Homes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed site plans / drawings.

Our client is looking for an ambitious Leading Hand / Sub Foreman to join their team on a large Build-to-Rent (BTR) project.
This is an excellent opportunity for an upcoming Sub Foreman or experienced Leading Hand to work alongside an experienced team on a significant project for a reputable Principal Contractor.

TO BE CONSIDERED

• Strong ability to build relationships and liaise with externals
