Job summary

Barminco is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Service Crew to join the Bellevue Gold Mine project on a full-time, FIFO roster (7/7, 8/6, or 14/14). You’ll lead an underground service crew, drive safety and efficiency, and coordinate services across ventilation, dewatering, air and general mine services.

Ideal candidates have prior service crew experience and a Working at Heights ticket, with ability to meet site access requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on a Service Crew in a mining environment, preferably as Leading Hand.
• Current Working at Heights ticket.
• Ability to meet site access requirements (Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Driver's Licence).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the underground service crew during day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate services including ventilation, dewatering, air, water and general mine services.
• Ensure all work follows safety procedures, permits and standards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor work quality and provide on-the-job guidance.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and hazard identification.
• Liaise with supervisors, maintenance and production teams to meet priorities.
• Monitor equipment condition and report defects, incidents or delays.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with site policies.

As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivatedLeading Hand Service Crewto join the team on a full-time basis, working a 7/7 or 8/6 7/7 or 14/14 FIFO roster.These roles are integral to delivering safe,productiveand efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.

Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

• Lead and supervise the underground service crew during day-to-day operations
• Ensure all work is carried outin accordance withsafety procedures, permits, andminestandards
• Allocate tasks,monitorwork quality, andprovideon-the-job guidance and mentoring
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and hazard identification in work areas
• Liaise with supervisors, maintenance, and production teams to meet operational priorities
• Monitor equipment condition and report defects, incidents, or delays
• Maintainaccuraterecords and ensure compliance with site policies and procedure.
• Previousexperience working on a Service Crewin a mining environmentpreferably as a Leading Hand

• Good communications skills with the ability to liaise with a wide group of stakeholders
• Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards
