Job summary

Council Jobs seeks a Leading Hand - Rural to help maintain and construct Councils infrastructure across roads, parks, reserves and other assets. You will work within a team to deliver maintenance programs and assist with project works across multiple sites in a rural council area.

Ideal candidates hold a Heavy Rigid licence and White Card, with a positive team mindset and commitment to safety. The role offers progression opportunities and a family-based culture in a local government environment.

Qualifications

• Current Driver Licence Class “Heavy Rigid” is required.
• NSW Construction Induction Card (White Card) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and construction of Councils infrastructure including roads, parks, reserves, and other assets.
• Support operations across assets such as cemeteries, sewerage works and landfills.
