Job summary

Townsville Cabinetmaking and Joinery in Townsville is seeking two experienced Leading Hand Cabinetmakers to lead a small team in a busy workshop. You will supervise cabinetmakers and apprentices, ensure quality, and keep production running smoothly in a factory-based setting.

The role offers an hourly rate of $42 with super, potential overtime, visa sponsorship for suitable candidates, and ongoing training in a supportive local business environment.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Cabinetmaker with Certificate III or equivalent.
• Strong cabinetmaking and joinery experience.
• Leading Hand or supervisory experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach.

Townsville Cabinetmaking and Joinery – Townsville QLD

Townsville Cabinetry and Joinery (TCJ) is growing and we're looking for two experienced Leading Hand Cabinetmakers to join our team.

These are predominantly factory-based roles, leading a small crew and helping keep quality, productivity and workflow on track in our busy workshop.

• Up to 10 hours overtime available each week

About the role
