Next Level Cabinets, based in Tweed Heads, is seeking a qualified Cabinet Maker/Joiner to join our team. The role involves manufacturing and installing high-quality custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects, in both factory and on-site settings.

You will read plans, operate CNC machinery, assemble hardware, and ensure safety and craftsmanship across diverse projects. A current Driver Licence, White Card, and own tools are essential, with strong teamwork and problem-solving valued.

Qualifications

• Qualified cabinet maker with post-trade experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
• Experience in custom cabinetry manufacture and installation.
• Own tools and current Australian Driver Licence required.
• White Card and reliable, motivated, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture custom cabinetry from detailed plans and drawings.

Next Level Cabinets are a well-established cabinet making business based in Tweed Heads, specialising in the manufacture and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects.

We are seeking a qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our team. If you're a trade-qualified cabinet maker who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Working in our factory and on-site, you will be responsible for the manufacture and installation of custom cabinetry, including kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, entertainment units, office fit-outs and bespoke joinery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manufacturing custom cabinetry from detailed plans and drawings
• Cabinet assembly and fitting of hardware
• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Installing cabinetry on residential and commercial sites
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
• Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Experience with custom cabinetry manufacture and installation
• Strong knowledge of cabinet hardware and joinery techniques
• Own Tools
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• White Card
• Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
