Job summary

Terranovus Civil is seeking a Leading Hand to join our Cairns project team. You will assist the supervisor to plan and deliver civil construction works in Cairns and surrounding regions, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and maintaining safety standards.

You will supervise on-site activities and mentor crew members. Ideal candidates have proven Leading Hand experience, strong plan-reading skills and a commitment to safety, with a valid driver’s license and ability to operate heavy

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand
• Relevant industry certifications
• Strong knowledge of local standards or ability to obtain
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Committed to safety and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license.
