Job summary
Engeny, part of Egis Group, is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Water Planning Engineer to join the Integrated Water Planning Team on the Sunshine Coast (Brisbane base considered). You will lead complex water supply, wastewater and recycled water projects from strategic planning through to design, providing technical direction and client liaison across Australia and beyond.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering is required.
- Chartered Status (CPEng, RPEQ or equivalent) is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as a Principal; 15+ years for Senior Principal in water planning/design.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex water, wastewater and recycled water projects from strategic planning through to design.
- Supervise project teams to meet objectives and client expectations.
- Facilitate client and stakeholder workshops.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior staff.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and industry networks.
- Support business development to grow the team.
