• Experience in warehouse, distribution or logistics environments.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of quality control standards and safety.
• Forklift licence is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and support warehouse team members to hit daily targets.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources for efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment and promote safety practices.
• Train, coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Assist with receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders for smooth outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Complete administrative and reporting tasks accurately and on time.
