Job summary

Alspec in Queensland is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our LEAN and safe operations at the Loganlea site. You will supervise daily activities, ensure stock movement is efficient, and uphold high standards of customer service and productivity.

To succeed, you should have warehouse management experience, ideally in aluminium or building materials, and a hands-on leadership approach. Pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing, and references are required.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with warehouse management experience.
• Experience in aluminium or building industry preferred.
• Team player with a hands-on leadership style.
• Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead in a way that is consistent with Alspec's R..E.S.P.E.C.T values.
• Responsible for the Health & Safety of your designated team.
• Responsible for the stock movement process, ensuring stock is handled safely and orderly.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high productivity.
• Meet daily KPI's in labour, productivity, transport, and quality.
• Monitor the accuracy of goods being dispatched and QA processes.
• Collaborate with other functional departments within Alspec.
• Work autonomously and set clear direction for staff.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
