Job summary

Restock is opening a brand-new warehouse in Prestons, Sydney and is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations from the floor. The role starts with paid training in Melbourne at our head office warehouse, with flights and accommodation covered.

As the on-site leader, you will organise staff for container unloads, manage stock, coordinate transfers, and set up efficient daily operations that support growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager.
• Current forklift licence (LF).
• Good stock control and system skills.
• Organised, hands-on and happy to lead from the floor.

Responsibilities

• Organise staff, including casuals, for container unloads.
• Unload containers onto pallets, then wrap and rack the stock.
• Count stock and check it into the system.
• Arrange transfers from our Melbourne warehouse and book the trucks.
• Flag low stock for replenishment.
• Plan next-day delivery runs to keep our driver busy.
• Recruit new staff as the team grows.
• Set up processes and run daily operations at the new site.
