Qualifikationen

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical veterinary nursing experience.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Strong surgical nursing and anaesthetic monitoring skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Calm, friendly, professional with good communication and customer service.

• Lead and mentor the veterinary nursing team.
• Develop a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Support veterinarians in consultations, treatments and procedures.
• Undertake surgical nursing, pathology, hospital nursing, and team-based consulting.
• Provide emergency and critical care nursing support when required.
• Manage stock and inventory for high-quality patient care.
• Support workflow management and clinic efficiency.
• Assist with admin/reception duties when required.
• Handle client enquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with the Practice Manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinic processes.
