Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of tour guiding or outdoor adventure tourism experience.
• Fluent English and at least one of French/Spanish/Italian/German.
• Outstanding interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Physically fit for hot, remote environments.
• Basic bicycle maintenance skills.
• First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
• Valid Australian manual driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided cycling tours through Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park and surrounding areas.
• Deliver engaging, informative commentary on Indigenous culture, natural history, geology, and local features.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Conduct safety briefings and manage on-tour safety, group coordination, and route navigation.
• Perform basic bicycle checks and minor maintenance.
• Capture photo and video content for marketing purposes.
• Contribute to blogs, newsletters, and social media posts to promote the company's tours.
• Represent the company at tourism events and engage with prospective guests or partners as needed.
