Qualifications

Degree-qualified engineer recognised by Engineers Australia.
Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in transmission line design.
Proficiency in PLS-CADD, PLS Tower and PLS Pole.
Solid understanding of tower and foundation design principles.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Deliver transmission line design work including modelling and detailed outputs.
Develop PLS-CADD models and support tower and pole design activities.
Produce line design reports, stringing charts, plan and profile drawings.
Perform engineering calculations and develop technical specifications and documentation.
Conduct constructability assessments and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Liaise with geotechnical engineers, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
Provide technical support across tendering, construction and project delivery phases.
