Infosys Consulting seeks a highly experienced Service Assurance Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic direction, transformation, and modernization of OSS within a large-scale telecommunications environment.

This role partners with CTO, Enterprise Architecture, Network Operations, and Product groups to define future-state OSS capabilities for cloud-native, API-driven, and AI-driven operations, with governance and roadmaps guiding the journey.

Formación

• 15+ years in telecommunications OSS or enterprise architecture environments.
• Proven delivery of enterprise OSS transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in OSS, network management, and service assurance.
• Experience with Tier-1 telecommunications providers.
• Leadership in architecture governance and technology strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Define target-state architecture across Service Assurance, Fault/Performance Management, inventory, CMDB, and OSS ecosystems.
• Create and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, standards, and governance.
• Lead large-scale OSS transformation programs and modernization initiatives.
• Define migration strategies toward cloud-native, API-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with CTO, EA, Network Operations, and Product teams; communicate with leadership.
