Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to guide complex projects from concept through delivery, across Defence, data centre and major buildings, while mentoring the structural team.

You will build trusted client relationships, review designs, support risk management and contribute to business growth in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• RPEV registration.
• Experience delivering complex structural projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience leading projects and managing clients.
• Exposure to Defence, data centres, major buildings or related markets.
• Strong understanding of structural design, project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership capability.
• Australian Citizenship highly regarded due to Defence project requirements.

As a Lead Structural Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across complex projects while helping to guide and support our structural team.
