Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Wyndham Vale is seeking a Clinical Lead - Speech Pathologist to guide a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload. You will mentor clinicians, contribute to service development, and foster neuroaffirming practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• Registered with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience in paediatric and/or NDIS settings.
• Strong people skills and staff wellbeing focus.
• Experience mentoring or leading clinicians.
• Neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approach.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team in day-to-day operations.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with therapists for wellbeing and development.
• Guide staff through performance reviews and goal setting.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and induction.
• Develop policies and workplace processes; promote inclusive culture.
• Maintain a reduced clinical caseload and provide therapy.
• Liaise with families, schools and stakeholders as needed.
