Job summary

Bayswater Bar & Grill, part of Australian Venue Co., is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our coastal dining team on the Urangan Esplanade in Hervey Bay. You will work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Experience in a high-volume bistro, pub or restaurant kitchen.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.

• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
• Manage food safety and compliance.
• Assist with ordering, stock control and rostering.
