Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Head Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong leadership and hands-on approach.
• Experience managing labour and food costs.
• Reliable, leads by example and motivates the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and develop the kitchen team.
• Hands-on during service and set kitchen standards.
• Manage labour and rostering to control costs.
• Respond to customer demand and weekly trading needs.
• Manage food costs, ordering, stock control and wastage.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Ensure food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Foster a positive team culture built on accountability and teamwork.
