Merivale is seeking qualified Sous Chefs and Senior Sous Chefs to join the leadership teams at Totti’s Lorne and The Bistro in the Lorne Hotel. You will lead service, mentor junior chefs and contribute to building a kitchen culture based on consistency, teamwork and top-tier standards.

Qualifications
