Job summary

Innovate Energy in Nowra is seeking an experienced Solar & Battery Installer to join our expanding team in a casual capacity. You will install and commission residential and commercial solar PV and battery storage systems, ensuring safety and quality while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires hands-on solar experience, NSW Electrical Supervisor Licence, and an unrestricted driver’s license.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate must have strong solar industry experience with proven installation capability.
• Holds an Electrical Supervisor Licence – NSW.
• Unrestricted driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations with professionalism and clarity
• Install and commission residential & commercial solar PV and battery storage systems
• Carry out solar and electrical maintenance as required
• Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and on time
• Train and mentor Apprentices and Electricians
• Provide fast, accurate customer service and technical support
