Qualifications

• Demonstrate successful project delivery as a Project Manager on Melbourne commercial construction projects over $15M.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers in Melbourne.
• Ability to mentor, train and develop junior contracts administrators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from conception to completion.
• Lead your own project team on site with occasional head office visits.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager and project resources to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance across project delivery.
