Intrepid Travel is looking for a Lead Security Engineer to ensure our global technology environment stays secure. You’ll uplift our security posture, embed best‑practice frameworks, and stay ahead of emerging threats to protect our people, travellers and systems.

This is a full-time 12 month contract based out of our office in Melbourne, with flexibility for hybrid working. You’ll lead vulnerability lifecycle, guide major technology changes from a security lens, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in computer science, IT, Systems Engineering, Cyber Security or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vulnerability lifecycle and drive continuous improvement in our cyber security posture.
• Guide major technology changes from a security perspective and oversee audits and vendor security.
• Collaborate with developers to implement secure solutions and communicate risks across the business.
