Job summary
Accenture PLC is seeking a senior delivery lead to orchestrate SAP HXM solutions, including SuccessFactors EC, ECP, SAP HCM, and data transformation initiatives. You will manage technical delivery, migrations, integrations, and stakeholder engagement across complex enterprise programs.
You will guide design, development, and deployment, ensuring governance, quality, and compliance across SAP environments while driving production support and continuous improvement.

- Experience leading SAP HXM, SuccessFactors EC and ECP projects.
- Strong data migration and integration capabilities within SAP landscapes.
- Proven stakeholder management across complex enterprise programs.
- Delivery leadership with governance and compliance focus.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP HXM, SuccessFactors, EC, ECP and data transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance HR/payroll apps, reporting, and integration capabilities.
- Ensure SAP applications, interfaces and data migrations meet service commitments and quality standards.
- Organize multiple technical/migration activities to ensure timely issue resolution and project delivery.
- Provide guidance for deployments, releases, and production cutovers across SAP HXM environments.
- Assist with planning, effort estimation, resource utilization, and tracking against workstreams.
- Promote risk management, defect prevention, and delivery excellence.
- Translate requirements into scalable solution specifications with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and resolve project risks affecting delivery outcomes.
- Create and maintain technical and operational documentation for governance.
- Design, develop, and oversee SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ABAP, and data migration solutions in line with standards.
