Accenture is seeking a transformation maven to help clients digitize and solve complex business problems using SAP. You will lead projects, dive into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time and related modules, and collaborate with teams across the organization.

You may travel to client sites and also have opportunities to work remotely. A bachelor’s degree and SAP certifications are required, with extensive SAP transformation and leadership experience expected.

Competenze

Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 10 years of equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformation project.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time (EC certification required).
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certification.
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Mansioni

Identify project scope and define clear requirements for business and technology transformation.
Create detailed functional and technical specs to guide development and implementation.
Develop and support proofs of concept, estimates, and conceptual designs.
Coordinate implementation, ensuring alignment with goals and stakeholders.
Support change management to enable adoption of new processes and tech.
Leverage deep functional/industry expertise to provide insights; some travel may be required.
